How it works.

Currently on hiatus!I can work on Primal on the following worlds:

*Available for work on Dynamis - Seraph, Crystal - Balmung, and Chaos - Saggitarius (EU), but payment has to be to one of my Primal alts.

1. Consultation - We talk about your hopes and dreams. I tell you what I'm comfortable with. We don't snuggle. Don't make it weird (that's extra).This is also when you show me examples of things you like/dislike. Keep in mind that not all builds are possible given the constraints of house size/item slots.At least 1 floor must be closed off for medium and large houses, and floor space will be reduced - Depending on how detailed your build is, the item slots and floor plan significantly affect what's possible. Most builds use glitching through floors, and FF game physics require some items to be floated away from the default walls of the house.2. Fees Paid - 100% of the commission fee is due once we agree upon the details of the build before I start drafting a design. The furnishing fee is due once I come up with a shopping list + estimated cost of materials.3. Progress Reports / Expected turn around time - 2-4 weeks, possibly longer just before & during new patch drops (I raid and craft for my FC & friends!).We talk on discord and I show you previews of how your space is developing :3. Updates are usually once a week, but may take longer - please reach out to me if you're interested to know how things are going!I am happy to discuss alternatives/changes if we disagree with the direction the build is going. Once the build is close to being finished, I cannot do major reworks.Refunds
If you need me to 100% stop the build for whatever reason and leave the estate - The base commission fee is nonrefundable once I start drafting a design. I will refund any unused furnishing gil.Any built rooms/structures will be unplaced. All items acquired for the build will be placed in the house/in storage.

Small: 10 mil gil
Medium: 15 mil gil
Large: 20 mil gilEstimated Furnishing Fee (Any unused gil refunded at client's request.)
Small: 6 - 8 mil gil
Medium: 8 - 10 mil gil
Large: 10 - 12 mil gilThe furnishing fee only applies if you want ME to go shopping for you! If you would like to craft or procure the items yourself, feel free to do so.Plus the cost of any additional items that fall outside that minimum. I'll provide an itemized list of furnishings and refund any unused gil once everything is complete at client's request.

Commission fee is required after initial consultation to start drafting a design.
Furnishing fee is required before starting the actual build.
